Looking to make improvements to your home? You’ve come to the right place! Here you will find information on how to request approval for your home improvement projects and some preselected options that are in alignment with our community aesthetic.
Home Improvement Forms
Board approval is required before any work begins on any home exterior modification such as a deck, fence, shed or any other exterior structure. To apply, please use the appropriate application. Use the House Color Approval Application for painting and use the Home Exterior Improvements Application for all other requests.
All necessary forms for home improvement are available to download and submit via the FrontSteps Management Portal. For questions about the forms, contact our Community Association Manager, Leah Smith.
Fence Options
There is a selection of approved fence designs available to assist in your fence selection and approval process. Images can be found below as well as a more comprehensive document with other options included which you can view here.
